Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the fh999 Platform, you must register a Player Account. Registration requires provision of accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all Accounts.

1. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or in conjunction with another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of any associated Balance.
2. You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number at registration. This number serves as your primary Account identifier and must remain active and accessible throughout the duration of your Account.
3. fh999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including — but not limited to — a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by fh999 may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. You must notify fh999 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. fh999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account that occurs before such notification is received.
5. fh999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraud or abuse is occurring, or that the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

All Account information you provide must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination without refund of deposited funds where those funds are found to be linked to fraudulent activity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on fh999 are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fh999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may vary depending on the payment method used and are displayed in the fh999 cashier at the time of transaction.
2. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to the Player's Account instantly upon confirmation of receipt by fh999's payment processor. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be credited.
3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Player's own name that has been previously used to make a deposit to the Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on the Account are not permitted.
4. fh999 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after that time will be processed on the following business day. Processing times may be longer during peak demand periods, including BPL and IPL seasons.
5. fh999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing will be paused pending completion of any such verification.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

fh999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide all registered Players with access to a range of responsible gaming tools designed to help Players maintain control over their betting activity. Use of these tools is voluntary and takes effect immediately upon activation.

1. Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
2. Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play. These alerts appear as on-screen notifications and do not automatically end the session — the Player retains full control over whether to continue or stop.
3. Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used for deposits or betting. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
4. Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need an extended break from the Platform may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting fh999 customer support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and result in the Account being closed for the duration requested. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

fh999 will not direct promotional communications to any Player who has activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fh999 Platform — including but not limited to the fh999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of fh999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of fh999.

Game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All trademarks and intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of their respective owners. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use game content solely for personal recreational purposes while using the Platform.

9. Privacy and Data

fh999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at fh999.bio/privacy-policy and incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fh999 uses player data solely for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC and anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and delivering the services described in these Terms. fh999 does not sell player data to third parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fh999 aims to resolve all disputes informally in the first instance. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact fh999 customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. fh999 will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and aim to provide a substantive resolution within seven business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of resolution. Nothing in this clause limits fh999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
